Right of Withdrawal

The following information applies if you are a consumer and have a statutory right of withdrawal under the law applicable to you. It does not limit any additional mandatory rights.
You can submit a withdrawal immediately through the highlighted electronic withdrawal function. We will email you a timestamped confirmation.
Instructions on withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (AMRV GbR, An Lyskirchen 7, 50676 Köln, Germany, email: trywindowseat@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement, for example by email. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. You may also use our electronic withdrawal function.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your decision. We will use the same means of payment used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur fees from us for the reimbursement.
If, at your express request, performance of a service began during the withdrawal period, you may owe an amount proportionate to the service provided before you told us of your withdrawal. A statutory right of withdrawal expires early only when all legal requirements for that result have been met.
Purchases made through Apple are also handled under Apple's purchase and refund process. You can request support from Apple or contact us if you are unsure which process applies.
