Account and Data Requests

You can use the same email address for privacy, account deletion, data access, or waitlist removal requests. We may need to verify that the request belongs to your account before making changes.

Response Time

WindowSeat is an indie product, so support is handled manually. We aim to respond as soon as reasonably possible, with priority for account, privacy, and reliability issues.
