Who Provides the Service

WindowSeat is operated by ExtendReality. Questions about these Terms can be sent to trywindowseat@gmail.com.

Accounts

You may use parts of the product without signing in. Account features require Google sign-in and are used to keep your flights, schedules, preferences, and map progress in sync. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure.

Acceptable Use

Please do not:

• use the service unlawfully or abusively
• attempt to access another user's account or data
• interfere with the service, infrastructure, or security controls
• copy, scrape, or redistribute product assets without permission
• submit misleading, harmful, or malicious content

Focus Tool Disclaimer

WindowSeat is a productivity and focus tool. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for deciding whether the product is suitable for your situation and for taking breaks when needed.

Availability

We aim for a reliable, calm experience, but the service is provided on an as-available basis. Timers, schedules, media, account sync, and other features may occasionally be interrupted, delayed, or unavailable.

Changes to the Product

We may add, change, pause, or remove features as the product develops. Payments are not part of the current launch scope. If paid features are added later, the terms for those features will be made available before purchase.

Intellectual Property

The product name, interface, copy, code, media, and other materials are owned by ExtendReality or its licensors. You may use the service for personal productivity, but you may not reproduce or redistribute protected materials unless you have permission.

Suspension or Removal

We may suspend or remove access if we reasonably believe the service is being abused, attacked, misused, or used in a way that harms other users or the product.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, WindowSeat is provided without warranties, and ExtendReality is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms as the product changes. When we do, we will update the date above and keep the latest version available on this page.
