Before you decide
What stays free?
Unlimited 30, 60 and 120-minute flights, three flights planned ahead, both day and night scenes, full cabin audio, arrival posters, achievements, streaks, the world map, friends, and the entire duty-free store.
What happens to my miles if I cancel?
You keep them, and everything you bought stays yours. Earning returns to 1× and the six-month inactivity expiry applies again — one completed flight resets that clock.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly and annual plans keep working until the end of the period you have paid for. Lifetime and Founding Passenger are one-time payments with nothing to cancel.
Does this work on iPhone?
Yes. Sign in with the same account to keep your eligible First Class access, flights, and miles in sync.
Can I buy First Class with miles?
No. Miles are for the cabin — seats, liveries, boarding passes and poster frames. First Class is for how far and how often you fly.
Are miles worth real money?
No. WindowSeat Miles are a virtual in-app currency with no cash value. They cannot be bought with money, sold, transferred, or exchanged for real airline miles.
Can I get a refund?
Statutory refund and withdrawal rights depend on where and how you bought First Class. EU consumers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal; see the Withdrawal Information before purchasing. For help, write to trywindowseat@gmail.com.
